How to Use
POI BUSTER is a web app that generates monsters by capturing images of litter.
1. Allow access to your camera and location information.
2. When you capture an image, the AI automatically predicts the type of garbage. If the prediction is not accurate, click the button to stop AI prediction and manually enter the type.
3. Click the capture button to review the content, then click the send button to generate a monster. (Generation takes about 30 seconds; improvements in progress.)
4. Monster images can be shared on social media or downloaded.
5. Generated monsters can also be viewed on the monster map.

Application of Terms
This Terms of Service applies between the user and the operator regarding the use of this service.
Service Content
This service includes functions and data storage provided on a cloud environment by the operator. The operator reserves the right to change or suspend the service as necessary.
Account Management
Users are responsible for providing accurate information and managing their registration details. In case of suspected unauthorized use by a third party, please contact the operator immediately.
Prohibited Acts

(2) Acts that infringe upon the rights of the operator or third parties
(3) Acts that disrupt the normal operation of the service
(4) Acts aimed at unauthorized access or breaching security
Disclaimer
(1) The operator shall not be liable for any delays, suspension, or data loss due to natural disasters, malfunctions, or system troubles.
(2) The operator is not responsible for disputes between users or between a user and a third party.
Suspension or Termination of Use
If a user violates these terms, the operator may suspend or terminate the service without prior notice, and the user remains responsible for any outstanding obligations.
Handling of Personal Information
The operator will manage personal information collected from users appropriately and will not use it beyond the intended purpose.
Note: Submitted photos and monster images may be posted on the official POI BUSTER X account.
Changes to Terms
The operator reserves the right to change these terms as necessary, and any changes will take effect as announced by the operator. Continued use of the service will be deemed acceptance of the changes.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Japanese law, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator’s address.
No liability will be assumed by us for any issues arising from installing our app.
